Great SPORTS BARS

Philadelphia has many bars to entertain the 21 and older crowd. As the Philadelphia EAGLES earned their spot in Superbowl XXXIX this year, sports bars in the city became a crowd favorite.

Some of the Philly Sports Bars include:
Player's Pub, Chickie's & Pete's, & Hammerheads Sports Bar

Here is some insight about each bar to help you decide where you and your friends want to enjoy some cold beers and watch a great game:

Player's Pub:
Location: South Street Area
615 South Street
Philadelphia, PA

Contact: 215-627-8866

What does it have to offer? :

Player's Pub has two big screens, multiple small screens, and satellite.
The bar offers sports fans the chance to play darts and pool, enjoy delicious wings, and take
advantage of good bar specials!

Chickie's & Pete's:

What does it have to offer? :

Chickie's & Pete's (Roosevelt Blvd.) has a super wide screen TV that shows either one
sporting event or can showcase 4 events at once. There are multiple smaller screens all
throughout the rest of the bar, so it's hard to miss any of the action.

I am really looking foward to reading what you have to say about Philly. Im from NY and the clubs and bars their are some of the best of I've ever been to. Delaware obviously drives me crazy because everything closes at 1 am which is when we usually start going out. ..I assume Philly is better than that, and a lot closer to NYC so lets hear all about it

As you know, I am obviously not from Philly. But I go to Philly from time to time to party so I will be interested to see your reviews on different bars. I might be going to Tiki Bobs next Saturday but I am still undecided. Let me know what you think about that bar.

Tiki Bobs is a cool place. I have been there before & met Don Vito (who is gross, FYI ha). I'll look into Tiki Bobs for you more!
